An outdoor clearance with limits
Say if you need loose waste removed, shed contents cleared or a structure assessed for dismantling. These are different tasks. Identify timber, cuttings, soil and rubble individually and mention the route through gates or side passages.
Furniture alongside bagged rubbish
List sofas, beds and cabinets separately from bags. Explain if items are upstairs, assembled or unusually heavy. Check bag contents before describing them as household waste; sharp, dense or unknown materials need disclosure.
Keep a shed structure out of a contents-only request
For a St Paul’s Cray shed clearance, say whether you want to keep the building for future storage. Identify shelves, benches or other fitted items that should remain. If the building itself is also unwanted, treat that as a separate assessment and describe its materials only as far as you know them. A request to empty a shed should not accidentally become permission to dismantle it or remove useful fixtures.
Separate what is inside from the pile outside
An outdoor clear-out may leave bagged clutter near the shed while furniture or tools remain inside. Describe those groups separately and say which are included. Note anything still to be sorted, especially if another person will provide access. The doorway must be described as it currently is; avoid moving a large item into the opening before arrangements are agreed, as that can block access to the rest of the contents.
